Philosophy / 1 "big" trick vs. a simple combo

probably a useless topic, but i want to prove a point (for my own satisfaction)
which is better:
in a collab, which video would you find more appealing/better and/or show that you have more skill
- one "big" trick, say bakfall 2.0 executed near perfectly
or
- a combo with simpler tricks that is executed average/mediocre -

i think first one is better for collab...it stands out more.
another comparison could be one "big trick" and rest of combo is ok, vs a simpler combo that has perfect execution and decent difficulty. (just to expand discussion) xD -

lol your describing yourself
anyway i think a smooth combo with simple tricks would look better unless
-its just spam
-combo with big tricks has decent smoothness -

the question seems obviosu
you wrote
big trick with near perfect execuion
vs
easy combo with average execution
the real question should be
big trick but bad execution
vs
easy combo with perfect execution
otherwise its obvious its the big trick. not onl because its more difficult, but also because it has perfect execution. -

no he means in a collab, like just 1 trick to show off, or a 20 second combo to show off more.

since simple, long-winded combos in videos bore me, i would prefer one Big impressive trick.
if its executed badly, then the scene wouldnt be worth putting it in a video, i think. -

I actually would think the real question is
1 big trick
vs
easier combo
Both being perfectly executed.

I agree with Eriror.
An easier combo would be better than a big trick. -

I wouldn't say one is better then the other, You wouldn't want to watch a collab with just single tricks one after another. Well mabye you would, but if those were better you would think some one would make all single trick collabs, it would just jump around to much I think.
but in a normal collab the big single tricks break it up, and add variety, so they help the collab overall. Its not so much one is better then the other but that they harmonize and make each other better.
Thats my 2 cents -

i'd say a simple combo, not the one big trick because even if its flashy its very short

Big tricks IMO....We commonly see these combos in freestyles, solos, night/day sessions, and sometimes its kinda tiring to watch these combos continuously. Big tricks on the other hand kinda helps the collab by giving more eye catching tricks to make us more interested..thats IMO..

eriror's right.an easier combo looks much beter than an 'big' trick. -

It really depends on how "big" the trick is and how "simple" the combo is.

i agree with chobi
but if the big trick is bad
i prefer a smooth combo -

i say a combo because if you do it really fast, it looks more complex
