I don't really know how good I am at the moment, or even what I need to work on when I compare myself to the pen spinning community. If anyone could make some suggestions, that would be great.

Also, please review and/or rate the video. Smoothness, Style, Skill, Quality, etc. etc.

Here's a combo I kinda made, sadly it wasn't exactly what I wanted to do.

    Breakdown of video:
    >Twisted Sonic>Finger Pass Down Reverse>Sonic Rise>Neo Sonic>FL TA Rev>Finger Pass Down>Sonic Rise>Shadow 12-23>Shadow 23-34>Sonic 34-23>Shadow 23-34>Sonic 34-23>Twisted Sonic>Shadow 12-34>Double Twisted Sonic Bust

    Breakdown of what I wanted:
    Twisted Sonic>Finger Pass Down Reverse>Sonic Rise>Neo Sonic>FL TA Rev>Finger Pass Down>Sonic 34-23>Twisted Sonic>Finger Pass Reverse from 12-23>
    Sonic>Shadow 12-23>Shadow 23-34>Sonic 34-23>Shadow 23-34>Sonic>Twisted Sonic Bust (double if possible)

your break down is confusing.. 1-2 2-3?

to help improve linking i would probably master the tricks, then try and think about where the pen should be to make the next trick work with it.

Sorry, what's it suppose to look like?
If I do shadow from index and middle to middle and ring finger?

Also, I don't really know how to put in neo sonic, and that's the only thing I can think of at the moment to link FL TA rev

I left a comment on the video itself.

The smoothness could use some work, but its good for your level of spinning
For style, I would say don't worry about it until you get a good arsenal of tricks and really good smoothness, just don't ignore it for to long.
Skill wise, for a new spinner you are doing really good, I am not sure how long you have been spinning for though.
The video quality isn't the greatest, but its acceptable imo, if you were using a webcam there would be things you could do to improve the quality, but it looks like you are using a digital camera, so I am not sure what you can do to help those.

    keep on practicing.

EDIT: instead of using new lines to show new tricks, put ">" so sonic>shadow etc. and the slot notation is written as a double digit number to denote one slot, so 12 mean index and middle, the - means a change in slots, so it would be shadow 12-23

ok, so I should get the smoothness down. I've been spinning for about 7 months I think, started around November.

Also, I'm using a cell phone camera, and I'll go edit the breakdown right now actually.

    Thanks for the help
