can anybody tell what was the tip-like on the onde of comssa cap?
it doesn't look like a pen tip (take a closer look into the tip of the metal weigth, it is so pointy.??)

I think the caps are G3, I don't see sanding. -

I did one:
1Signo Tip in each cap.
The caps hold on okay without, with some tape its rock hard.
I threw the thing through my room and well all that happened was, that the caps got a bit more loose each time but nothing flew off.
Length=21cm, weight is well signo tip+anyball grip+a bit g3 cap= middle:)
I think it spins rather well and i like the idea to use spare g3 cap parts (after doing hsmx^^) for that.
I also kinda like the look:)
