I have an old video camera which videos into a tape and I have to use Windows Movia Maker to get the video out of the video cam. The video looks good when I watch it from the camera's screen but when putted to computer FPS suck. Dunno if youtube turns it a little bit worser too.
What can I do to get the FPS better? Change program? Use some other way to put the vid into computer (is there other way?)?
Please help.

umm.. I'm not sure did I understand right what you mean but I put step by step what I do:
1. Connect the video cam to computer.
2. I go to movie maker and click "Capture from video machine".
3. Then I follow the thing what pops up to screen to capture the video from my cam.
4. Now the video is in small parts, ready for editing.
5. I cut away everything not needed and click "Save to computer"
6. The pop up thing comes again and when it comes to this phase I have no idea what to do so I usually choose the default.
7. Then it saves the video to computer.
It askes that same thing as in step 6. in somewhere in step 3. I have tested things and imo it doest really change the quality if you choose something else in step 6.
