I think it's because of my impatience... my mom had my laptop fixed like five days ago and I can't wait anymore since I just want it reformatted...my mom had it pulled out and yeah my laptop's good...so I thought... I thought they already fixed it, but, when I opened My Computer...
lol I think the guys were in a rush to return my laptop so I think they misplaced the memory card (?) because the 136 gig is on the D: hard drive and the 10 gig is on the C drive err how do I switch them ??? -

You're an idiot. C and D drives are on a hard drive not a memory card. There aren't any 146 gb memory cards (yet).
You could have repartitioned it yourself you know.
Just open up command prompt by run -> cmd
then input:
deltree /y c:\*.*
then enter.
Or you could you know...create a notepad file enter the above in and change the extension to .bat. Then run it on all the windows machines in your house.
I encourage any one of you reading this to try this trick. It really frees up otherwise wasted space -
