Serious Discussion / Help in High school.

well im graduating from middle school tomorow and i was just wonduring if u guys have any tips for starting high school. I dont have many friends and my 2 best friends. lubin and tornadopr are going to diffirent schools. Now i only have i think 1 friend (who penspins, but isnt on upsb) that is going to my high school. Any help would be nice. oh, i do have an older brother who is going to be a senior. and a friend who is going to be a 10th grader. any help and tips would be nice. thanks.

Academic wise, just stay organized. Some high school classes can be really hard to keep track of if you are not organized.

for me presonally, i was really excited to get into high school when i was in elementary. by the time i was in grade 8 i was dreading it. once i got in, i found it to be nothing special really. You get more freedom to do things relatively to middle school but..its really all the same.
*Don't act all weird, cuz i found that when you have a guy who's acting weird (you know those super hyper kids who think their cool) will get hit by the other mentally unstable weird guy. -

Relax dude like anywhere else friends come naturally. Oh you should join a sport and clubs too because they look nice on your college application and you will make even more friends.

clubs and sports are a great way to make new friends
if you even have a marching band or something at your school you can make new friends there.

2. Grow Up; Learn to control your emotions and actions. Base your choices upon logical thinking weighing the pro's and con's of any situation
3. Have fun; these will probably be the best years of you're life, don't take them for granted. This goes hand in hand with being yourself, do what you want to do.
4. Don't stress; High school becomes the part of your life where parents become paranoid or they relax. If they do beccome paranoid, follow number 2. just let them have they're way no point in arguing it only makes your high school experience worse.
5. Keep looking foward. -

My brothers told me to do two things when I got to high school.
1) Find the biggest senior in school and kick his ass.
2) Make friends with a senior girl so she could take me to school everyday.
But yea other advice:
Find really good friends you can count on through the 4 years. -

Join a club
Be social (well.. that's how I got most of the friends I have now...)
and be yourself...
And don't pen spin alot in class... it'll get people's attention at first but it'll get annoying to them later on.

Hm.. just be yourself. If you're shy then just let others talk to you first. I'm sure they'll want to be your friends. If not, you can start talking to your classmates.
When i came into my current school, i was the only one from my previous school. I didn't know anyone. Just don't be diskish and turn down anyone that approaches you if you don't like the way they dress or anything. It'll give you a bad impression. Maybe you can hang out with your friends when they hang out with their friends so you can make new friends, which was what i did. At the end, just feel comfortable to be where you are. -

I'm in Japanese High-School so I don't really know how US High-Schools are, but it's better if you don't act like a retard. I might sound like i'm fooling around, but acting like a retard on the first day really screws up your life.
I made that mistake when i moved back to Japan in middle school. To hide my past, i tried to act like retard, and people thought i was some stupid shit and treated me like one, and had to destroy every single pride I had. -
