Heroes of Tomorrow / HW Assignment Poll

    Bleh, from what Kaku pointed out, and from what I was afraid of so I put the anonymous factor in it by PMing comments to each member at the end anonymously, it seems as if this HW assignment might create inner tension within the team. I had only meant to put observations, constructive criticism, and some suggestions in my assignment, and i know it's not your fault, but it seems I've offended a few people =\

    And at the same time, I guess it's pretty obvious what many people are going to say since many of you guys probably realize your own problems. And that this assignment might just be unneeded redundancy.
    What I tried to get from this though is to remind each person of their faults and point out anything that each person has yet to realize themself. And to give each person suggestions. But the truth hurts I guess =\

    At the same time, I've received some positive comments about this... Not sure if they'll remain positive after they read their comments though sleep(1).gif So i'm torn between whether or not to keep this or get rid of it.

    I personally thought it would be helpful if people would suggest things to me, and that hearing 5-9 other suggestions would be great. I can't seem to say the same for the rest of you =\

    So i'll poll it... Who wants it? Who doesn't? I'll null my vote cause I'm biased since I created this thing and put a bit of effort into it -.-''

    Well, I think it was a good idea, but we already all have topics lol. We ask for criticism there. So this assignment isn't really necessary either. Now I know you're trying to build a strong team, but maybe the assignment was a bit much? And like I said, we all have our topics to get feedback from, maybe just encourage the replies, cuz like, I've noticed in my topic as well as others' (ie Arie's) that we post vids and don't get replies, and post another vid right after. Maybe just asking each of use to input more in the member topics? Just my opinion =\

    Well, it's just that those threads comment on each individual combo more so than commenting on the person as a spinner overall =\ I said look at the person's latest combo, but in addition to that, I had wanted people to only look at that as an update... I still wanted people to look at all the other combos that make up the spinner overall =\

    And yeah, we have individual threads, but some people don't really comment in them. I wanted to push the members who are less active in the forum to do this and actually comment on their teammates in an extensive manner instead of just posting a sentence or two after each combo (which is great and all for those who do it on a regular basis though (one that comes to mind is charlie -.-''))--------but that kinda failed as i made it more optional since I don't want this to preoccupy their time over their busy real life schedule

    Eh... whatever, I'll probably see whatever the turn in rate for this thing is and just go with it. Doesn't matter. More input in member topics plox guys. -.-''

    Yeah, I say continue the project and see how things turn out.

    If tension builds up...we have our vent thread!

    And crap, i forgot all about this. I'll work on it today.
