well, i would suggest you dont get a buster CYL cause they are extremely heavy, as for your question
the only difference between a dr kt and a dr M&M is the body/caps
a dr kt uses keyito body and caps
Dr. M&M use Miffy & Melanie body and caps
same weight, different look, miffy pens are out of production so they are hard to find

if it's not too much trouble.. can you list reason why you would pick one of those pens? o.o

i would suggest a comssa/metal comssa if trade is not a problem (or cartoon comssas)

its light-mid weight, so its good for beginners, and its not much of a weight difference ffrom an mx

you would choose a dr kt or buster for:
    1. want to practice cont. tricks
    2. not a beginner

you dont want to move onto a heavy pen when you haven't completely mastered basic tricks, because you'll find it hard to change back to light pens

Dr. KT and Dr. M&M are like the same thing right? cept they look different. I think M&M looks better when you have diff color caps/ grips (bonkura colors and etc.) and Dr. KT looks better when its all black or all white.

Between those and buster, they feel around the same for me. Buster is a bit heavier and a lot longer so beware if you have short fingers or hate long mods.

Aesthetically I think KT's and M&M's both look nicer than buster.

Also, if you're just beggining to ps, then stick with something even lighter than these. Like k-ryder said, don't move on to heavy pens till you master the fundamental tricks.
