Alright, I have
threetwo choices, since PSP Go sucks.
PSP 3000 or PSP 2000? Which one should I get?
Pro 2000 so far:

Those faceplates are pretty sick..haven't seen any for a psp 3000 yet.

I like how the stock PSP looks. And I thought with Pandora's battery all PSPs can have custom firmware?

Get 2000's. You can still mod em, unless its the PSP 2000 Piano Black version.
3000's you cant play isos/csos with as far as i know. seems like the pandora's battery doesnt work on it.
Also, 25$ for a fucking faceplate? jesus christ. I mean as far as customizibaablaeity, the PSP-1000 (ew) has the most of all psp's. the faceplates are alot more diverse, and you can easily downgrade it/ customize it just as easy.
I also have a clear PSP-1000 facepalte i want to get rid of, so yeah >_>
Go with PSP-2000 -

psp 3000 only moddable partially, you can't shutdown the psp or you lose the cfw. also the firmware only goes up to 5.00 so far, can't play the latest games. no access to PSN also. also if you fuck up your psp is bricked.
psp 2000, some are moddable partially, some are fully moddable, it's difficult to know in advance which is which. fully moddable goes to 5.55 now, can play many new games too. if you fuck up, a fully moddable psp can be unbricked using pandora battery (but you don't need pandora battery to install cfw).

i recently bought a God of War PSP-2000, those are 100% guaranteed hackable.

Go with PSP-2000
I just checked on ebay and there's like no psp 2000 on there o_O Amazon also only sells the shitty piano black one

Nice, good to know there's at least one bundle 100% hackable
But I seriously don't like the color of the God of War PSP o_O but that's where the case comes in.. and the game itself isn't tooo appealing right now..

there are other bundles that are 100% hackable
If it's a Limited Edition PSP, here's the list of the ones I know of so far:
Star Wars Limited Edition, comes with 3.60 OFW & a TA-085v1 Motherboard.
Simpsons Limited Edition, comes with 3.60 OFW & a TA-085v1 Motherboard.
Daxter Limited Edition Pack, comes with 3.80 OFW & a TA-085v2 Motherboard.
God of War Limited Edition Pack, comes with 3.95 OFW & a TA-088v2 Motherboard.
Madden 09 Limited Edition Pack, comes with either 3.95 OFW & a TA-088v2 Motherboard ~~OR~~ 4.01 OFW & a TA-088v3 Motherboard. <<----- BAD
You need to buy them on eBay. Confirmed hackable used PSPs are worth about the same thing as a NEW PSP 2/3000 which is unhackable. -

daxter pack looks the best. god of war is soooo......reeeeeeed. 2000 and 3000 are hackackable is they are under OFW 5.03 but like the zombo said partially. if you turn it off completely or it runs outta batts you will ned to go through putting the loader up again.

Yea, I agree with the red part LOL
2000 is fully hackable, which means the CFW will stay on it, so it doesnt have to load up every time u turn it off. And the Daxter psp can be hacked no matter what firmware it's on, using Magic memory stick + pandora battery -

this is a partial hack, it will disappear if you shut down psp also this is not compatible with newest games. also there's risk of bricking if you make a mistake.
much better to use a hackable psp-1000 or 2000 and also they're unbrickable. -
