Anybody on UPSB is able to do that too?
Whenever i take heavy stuffs,it automatically dislocates itself.Just like when i am hanging on the pull up bar.It dislocates. But When i attempt to pull myself upwards, the bones are unable to locate itself and it hurts. Thus,i am unable to do a pull up D:
Commments?Anyone with the same ability? -

I can dislocate my right shoulder. It pops out sideways, kinda freaky.

Natural ability? So does it just pops out when you pull it? -

Sometimes i cannot control it.Sometimes it just irresistible as i can "crack" it,just like my knuckles. It feels good.Looks like i will need 21 days to kick this habit away D: -

It seems to be just a natural ability.Lots of people on youtube are able to do that too.Its just "pop" and its dislocated
Next time a gathering i will go and show you,but for the gathering on the 25th,i am unable to go.

Ah,you are the right person to ask then.
I suppose that you can do a pull up and your arm dislocated qhwn pulled. So,when you are hanging on the pull up bar, does it dislocates? Are you able to locate it back? -

well, i can do this with my shoulders, wrists, all my fingers, knees(sometimes)
i told my doctor about it awhile back (a year or so) i cant remember what specific term he used but it was
something like hyper-extended *something*. he told me its not That bad for your joints, but you shouldn't
do it alot and to try to build up muscle around my joints.
if i get time tomorrow i will make a video -

What the?
We should not build up muscles near the joint? -

sorry if i phrased that incorrectly, my doctor said that i SHOULD build up muscle around my joints in order to keep them from dislocating
when i dont want them to (picking up things, etc, etc)
