I have a little time so here it goes
Video time limit: 6-18 sec, anything over/under will be immediately filtered
Video due date: 12/08/09 11/59 PM Eastern Time, anything past due date will not be accepted
Filtering will happen regardless so even if there's 8 signed up people only 5 might make it. So I expect good videos.
