We are looking for a manager for UPSB WC10 team in the eventuality that we qualify.
This is for the manager position only. The manager can also be a spinner part of the team. However, just because you are manager does not guarantee that you will be a spinner on the team.

The responsibilities of the manager include:

- Involved directly in the process of choosing the members of the team. (this does not mean you will pick the whole team alone, but that you can suggest a way of choosing the members)
- Form the lineup each round. The lineup consists of assigning members of the team to different battles.
- Collects the videos and send them to the organizers. Must ensure that the videos are handed on time.
- For double videos, finding someone who can put the videos together.
- Must verify that the rules are respected for the team, but also for other teams (so that you can point them out to the organizers).
- Contact the organizers if there are any questions.
- Coaching the team, providing feedback to improve the team, discuss strategy.

The qualities we are looking for:

- Be an established member of the community who will represent UPSB and be respected by members of the team.
- Extensive knowledge of UPSB spinners to able to form the best team.
- Extensive knowledge of international spinners to be able to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the opponents.
- Good understanding of the rules and ability to raise questions on unclear rules.
- Very active on the forums, ability to check emails frequently to be able to reply quickly.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to analyze combos in order to be able to provide feedback.
- Leadership, ability to direct the team and meet the objectives.
