Do tips affect you in a way? For example: a signo tip mx rather than an original hgg tip mx. Does that affect your spinning? I've seen a lot of people say that.

This should really be posted here: http://www.upsb.info/forum/index.php?showtopic=9

But since Signo tips are heavier than HGG tips it would affect the balance of the pen and depending on the spinner affect the way you spin the pen. This is the same for all mods/tips.

the signo tip is heavier that the hgg tip... of course it'll affect the spinning
is there anything else to go with that?

    its like saying

"Is there a difference between 16" wheels and 24" wheels on a puny little Civic?"

    Yes. There is.

Different tips = different weight which changes momentum/length. signo makes mx more balanced in the middle~
