    Hi, we've decided to make Penwish a beta-moderator. This is a decision we have made several months ago, but got delayed due to the server troubles. Penwish is an active senior member of UPSB, we hope his maturity and activity will contribute to our moderating staff. It will also allow us to collaborate more closely with the Penwish store to offer UPSB products.

    He will pass through a beta-moderator phase (moderator in training), and after one month, a poll will be posted to decide if he gets promoted to moderator.

    the beta moderator stage is for learning how to use moderator tools and a tryout, after that the public decide if the person graduates to moderator

    well i think penwish is probably the 2nd biggest contributor to the penspinning community next to kam/xshadowfire/(possibly zombo?)
