I want to make a Japanese Internet Forum, but most of the internet forum I can find in Japanese are ones like 2chan where you don't have to register.
I need one like this forum where you have to register to post and stuff. Has the features like this forum has. Can someone help me find it? Most of them costs money for hosting or something like that. -

Invisionfree is what UCPSB was, it's the free version of this board, so it should be very familiar to you.

well invisionfree is not in Japanese. Japanese guys don't know how to use forums that are in English.

well I'm really talking about making accounts and stuff. Like when a Japanese guy register, unless the whole board is in Japanese, the guy can't register because he can't read English.

Ah true, the only solution I can think of if you still want to consider Invisionfree is having a topic in Japanese about how to register.
But yeah, I don't know of many free board hosting sites that support Japanese, sorry
