Spammer's Bin / Shoutbox Ban

I'd like to break my argument into 2 parts:
- Why?
-Reasons - Who?
The reason I got banned is still unknown to me. I was discussing my return to UPSB with a few people. Out of know where, a user name "tylt" came along and started calling me a "douche" and some other profane words that my vocabulary is not capable of registering due to the vulgarity. We start exchanging words in a somewhat polite matter from my side. User "Penwish" comes along and proclaims that scamming is not right and is a rule; which it isn't. You can review the rules here. He orders me to leave, which I knew was a wrong order so I ignored it. I don't feel like discussing this topic any longer or even typing cause my fingers hurt lmao.
Ya, unban me. I did nothing wrong.
If I did do ANYTHING wrong, discuss it with me in this thread and I will respond as soon as possible.

the shout box rules and forum rules are actually different, what you showed are the forum rules, the shoutbox rules are scrolling ticker at the top of the box.

The worst part is; I FUCKING HATE IT when they say they sent, but end up scamming you. You have such high hopes of your package coming in the mail, and slowly but surely, your hope goes down and youre just pissed off later on.
Scamming isnt part of the rules, but come on man, that like a freakin loophole. Its smart, but not smart enough.
Its like saying "The store never said you cant steal, so i stole a 2tb hdd and a 7 ultimate copy. Im right"

Dritan Did scam. And saying it was done out of anger and not doing anything to remedy the situation is Illegal; it is called stealing/mail fraud. Also turned Sb into fb (flame box)
It seems that your person situation is dire and that's unfortunate. I would be personally willing to help you out best I can but admitting to scamming for any reason is wrong. -

Rules may be applied in a different context without warning. Moderators reserve the right to circumvent all those rules if need be.

we use this right to cover any loopholes that are morally wrong but not explicitly written
whether you scammed or not has nothing do with shoutbox banning though. if the scam is considered severe enough it is usually from the board altogether. we conduct investigations for each scammer seperately and decide on the punishment. usually those investigations will span across other boards. -

those rules are modified rules from UCPSB, and UCPSB already had that line written in it. So when you registered on UPSB, the terms say you must read and agree to the rules, and that line was already in it for sure. -
