I used to watch them, but after you advance to a certain point you shouldn't need tutorials anymore. He has enough tutorials that after you learn most of them you should be able to learn tricks without instructions.

They're pretty awesome. They don't help you learn the tricks all the way, but they keep you on track smile.gif.

Used to, but not anymore, since I've learnt almost all of the tricks in his videos.

Just hope he releases more videos.

    he had good tuts
after fundumentals and other basic tricks (bak, shadow), the others are just variations of those tricks
i do sometimes look at some other tutorials, either to see what the hell the tricks looks like/how to perform it (ie. hai tua), or just to learn some tips about the trick (mostly cont. tricks)

in everything, you learn up to a certain point where you can teach yourself so yes i used to watch it but now i pretty much teach myself... (and get people to show me linkages^^)

i watch(ed) his tutorials, and they're great. i wouldn't know anything if not for him. i've almost outgrown them though, so to speak. The only tricks I have left to learn from his current tutorials are bak 1.5, basketball spin, cont. TA and Bak, etc. I guess i'll have to graduate to either not using tut's or using some SPSC member's tutorials for the more advanced and novel tricks; his youtube name starts with alfreeman or something like that. I really recommend them for cool tricks like helicopter, flush sonic, etc., even though they are soundless and don't really teach you; hopefully by the time you've learned all of Eso's tutorials you won't need super in-depth instruction.

will he ever be doing more sound tutorials? i guess he could teach a lot more than he uploaded on his channel.

I have learned 50% of the tricks by him, like his tutorials. Eso rocks in tutorials, plus in the progress, his spinning was great to share wink.gif.

I am really grateful to Eso because of his time and dedication that he put in his tutorials. thumb.gif

i agree with what awesome said.. i used to watch eso's tuts all the time when i started just so i knew what types of tricks were out there.. i watched like all of them once or twice even tho i might not have known the prerequisites.. but i memorized them and when i got good i did things on my own... though sometimes i didn't like how he explained things so i started making my own tuts tongue.gif XD

Probably not. Everything I know now I have already taught. I haven't even ventured out to the more difficult tricks such as Hai Tua, or Swivels yet. Also, I get loads of people saying they don't like my tutorials for one reason or another, whether it's being left handed, or not explaining it in a way they understand, etc etc. So I just won't bother with it anymore.

Sorry to hear that...I am not always using your tutorials, but sometimes they appear to be very helpful.

For spinners who started at about 2006-2007, Eso's tutorials are the only tutorials that cover all the useful tricks.

I've learned most tricks from his tutorials, but some tricks you have to look at more than one video, to get other peoples take on how to do a specific trick. I also watched Pari's Tutorial Series as well.

Thats ridiculous really, people saying they dont like your tutorials. Someone converted most of your videos to right hand for those who don't like the left hand bit, and if they cant understand it they should look at other tutorials. But half of the people on this site learned from you. I'm not trying to get you to make more or anything, I'm just saying that you shouldn't stop just because some people decided they should criticize someone who's trying to help them out.
