So i made this mod because i really wanted to be able to spin while still maintaining a very "Pen" appearance. I didnt cut off the clip on the zebra cap because i felt that the pen wouldnt be a pen anymore.
RSVP SK-CX
COG => Center of Pen
Length => 19.8 cm
Weight => About 22.6 g
One sided Fixed writing end
Uses RSVP Ink
Approx Cost => 10$
So, Things you need- 1 Pentel RSVP
- 1 Zebra Hyper Jell Cap
- 2 Impact RT grips (Or one impact RT grip and the Zebra Grip)
- 2 Impact Tips
- 1 HGG Tip
- 1 Sailor Gel Grip
Step 1:
Saw 1.8 cm off the top of the RSVP Cap, remove the clip entirely
This leaves about 4 cm of the cap leftover
Step 2:
Tape the Impact Tip onto the RSVP Cap

Step 3:
Cut two segments from the Impact grip that measure .8 cm. Cut one more segment that is 1 cm
Cut two segments from the Sailor Grip that each are two rings thick
Place the first .8cm impact segment followed by a sailor segment. Do this one more time. Then add the 1 cm segment to the tip
Finished Cap

Steb 4:
Cut 3 segments from the impact or zebra grip that each measure .6 cm
Cut 2 rings from the sailor grip
- The rings for the sailor grip are a bit too big so you need to cut them to make them smaller
- You need to make it so the Sailor Grip will fit nicely inside the Zebra Cap

Place the HGG Tip inside the Impact tip and glue/tape it in there so it doesn’t rattle
Place the Impact/HGG Combo into the cap and then place each grip inside (Alternating the colors)
Finished Back Cap

Place the Cap onto the back end of the RSVP (The grip inside should be enough to hold it)
Throw and insert in there and spin/write away!
Finished Product

This Pen is pretty durable but i would advise you not to drop it from high altitudes onto hard surfaces (duh) as it's susceptible to crack (duh again)
Also some RSVP caps aren't as stable when doing infinities. Mine never really has had that problem but someone told me that it could happen. If it does then idk what to tell you *shrug* -
