    As the Leader and co-leader of this team, Nate and I officially declare Team Encore dead.

    I hope you guys enjoyed the time together.

    You guys can continue to stay for as long as you want. However, im going to resign as Co-leader. Maybe if one of you guys still has any hope for this team, you are welcome to take over.

    I will officially resign on Sunday Jan 17th.

    Sorry we let you guys down = =.
