I'm writing a story about a social pariah who meets a social escort.
The social pariah is an ugly girl, but I need to build her character. So tell me about the ones you know.
I'll start.

My classmate in poly (and...somewhat of a friend) has broad shoulders.
Pimple volcanoes on her face.
Hairiest arms/legs/armpits I have ever seen on a PERSON.
An oblivious, boisterous demeanour.
She was the only girl in my video crew, and two of the guys kept asking her to wear skirts to show off her "fur" (their term for it; she always wore basketball shorts). She eventually fell for one of them, and they eventually got into a relationship, though he never fully reciprocated in kind. She was uncouth, and he was embarrassed by it.
So they broke up. And after they did, she would go apeshit on me for 'taking him away' or some shit like that. I started calling her　女人 as an ironic joke, but she never got it. Oh, did I forgot to mention that she's pretty dumb too? -

Ugly girls tend to follow more intellectual goals because of their lack of ability to socially interact (Because looks are a required for girls to interact apparently), or at least that's the stigma...
