This game looks like fun and it's more manageable than a Mafia game. It's of the same type though.
The game is played with 5 players. They must each individually determine if there's a conspiracy in the game or not. At the end of a defined time period, each player must PM me if they think there's a conspiracy or not. Whoever answer correctly win the game.
The game can have two setups. The used setup is not revealed:
1- All 5 players are told at the beginning of the game that there is no conspiracy. At the end of the game, people who answer that there is no conspiracy win the game and people who answer that there is lose.
2- 4 of the 5 players are told that there is a conspiracy and are told the name of their co-conspirators. They can NOT communicate with each other privately like mafia. The remaining player is told that there is NO conspiracy.
In this setup, only the PM of the lone player matters (because the co-conspirators obviously know that there is a conspiracy). If s/he correctly determines that there is a conspiracy, the other 4 players lose the game. If s/he wrongly answers that there is NO conspiracy, the 4 co-conspirators win.
Each setup has an EQUAL probability of occurring, with roles distributed equally at random.
Each player will therefore receive of one these two PMs:QUOTE ("No Conspiracy")There's no conspiracy. That's what you think. But you can never be sure. Can you? Correctly guess whether or not there really is a conspiracy and you win!QUOTE ("Conspiracy")There is a conspiracy and you're part of it! The co-conspirators are X, X, X and X. Try to convince the remaining player (Y) that there is no conspiracy and your conspiracy wins!
The game lasts one week. During that week, people can use this thread to discuss with each other. Once the period is over, people submit their answer via PM and the game is over.
You cannot quote/screen-shot your pm. You cannot discuss outside of this thread.
Note that there is no lynching and day/night mechanics. It's just discussion.

well... that's the name of the game isn't it? you and other players will to find some way to solve the problem only by discussing in the thread, all you have to realize is that if you are told there is no conspiracy, then either everybody else is clueless like you, or everybody else is working AGAINST you.
