I'm curious as to why they chose seven saizen peem etc...
instead of chinese/hk spinners since cantonese/mandarin speaking spinners wouldve been better at least communication-wise -

this was a promotional part of the upcoming tourney i think
tournament didn't happen yet (someone correct me if i'm wrong)

lip i think was some HK tournament winner from a little while ago, and yea, of course there were haha-- not too many famous ones though (correct me if i'm wrong on the lip thing someone)
not sure if famous PSH (mainland China) spinners came to this, but kin and mist are probably there? they're part of hkpsa and go to hk/are in hk and stuff..
popularity? maybe it was by popularity that they took peem and seven, and they were each allowed to take a friend since they probably wouldnt' be able to talk to too many other people =\
chinese spinners aren't too.. popular i don't think =\? and they wanted to promote this as much as possible (possibly globally?) -- and many of the chinese spinners that are famous are busy with exams or something? i forget, but whatever the reason was that they're not participating in the WC10 like 12ve, cnstar and those people -
