This is kind of sad... I'm awfully weak.
I wanna change this, help anyone?
I got like 3 more weeks of winter break.

just keep trying I guess. Your muscles will build over time until you can do over 9000 push ups thumb.gif

try to do push ups on the side of ur bed, do it a couple of times til u can do it on a flat surface. the really only way to get better at pushups is by keep on doing it for me. or u can get on the ground in a push up position, but instead of being on ur toes, be on ur knees.

    are you overweight?

dude i used to be hella fat, just decided one day to lose it, proceeded to lose 10 pounds a month for the next 5 months, now i'm pretty slim. just gotta decide it's what you want and do it.

i'm sure the same applies to gaining muscle, in the case that you're not overweight and you're just weak haha

Try doing push-ups on your knees instead of your feet.

knees instead of feet will have less weight to lift

    take a look at this
    http://hundredpushups.com/index.html
if you want some sort of training guide to help you out

i used it (only got through half of the course because i became uncommited) but i noticed improvement over time

    You could do two things:

    1. Modified push-ups (knees on the ground)
    2. Wall push-ups (stand up against a wall and do push-ups)

lift weights and eat protein to build lean muscle. To do it faster lift heavy weights and not light weights. Don't have to do it too many times but you must make small "healthy" tears in your muscles and eat a lotta protein to repair them/make them stronger
