    there is no universal ranking, the closest you can find is the world tournament.

    how is that even possible to do? how do u guarentee all "top spinners" will join your tourney?

    the problem with constantly updated rankings and etc. is that people in the system often have no motivation to actually do something
    not to mention that constantly coming up for new material isn't the easiest thing ever

    we're working on it (*cough* WE'RE *cough*)
