   zombo, i have question about thpsc vs bpsc scrore, i read the rules, and i remember it saying in one round if you have 1 win 1 lose and 1 tie, that round will be counted as a tie regardless of the votes, votes only work as tie breaker at then end of 3 rounds to determine which team advances. Then why is BPSC counted as loser of the round?
