Off-topic / HD lag vs joysticks?

i live at 2 houses, since my parents are divorced. so i have 2 different tv's that i play cod on. on the one at my mom's house, everything is fine. at my dad's house, i have a tv that supposedly has less ms lag than the one at my mom's, but my shots feel extremely inaccurate. iv also noticed that the joysticks are starting to feel loose. iv been using that controller for about a year now. could it be the joystick's loosness fucking me up rather than a high ms lag tv?

Try the same joystick on the 2 TVs and see if anything changes. If you get better shots on the one TV than on the other it's the TVs, if you suck on both it's the controller. Or you.

ya i just ordered another dualshock 3. hopefully it isnt the tv >_> its such a purty tv

You could just not be adjusted to the lag on one tv.

the one that i feel lag on is supposed to be faster than the one i dont feel lag on =/
