    Pen Modding Techniques Collaboration

    Project leader: To be Determined

Project Description: Just a collaboration of videos and written guides on techniques used often in modding such as sanding, drilling holes in back caps, cutting, etc. Each technique tutorial should have all various methods that can be used to acquire the desired outcome. For example: a hole can be made in a back cap by using an x-acto/pocket knife, heating a nail, or using a power drill. Advice and insight should also be given.

Why? Just to give further help to modders who are having trouble with any of these.

Are we re-using old ones? (I'd hate to see someone(s) try to replicate all of Guitrum's)

So this is just combining all of them into one place?

Kind of. Guitrum has a lot good vids and methods. We should probably make a list of all the techniques and look for holes in the modding vids he has (as in which techniques has he not done yet) and then have people start taping them.

Like I don't recall seeing a Guitrum vid for all the ways to cut a barrel (not yet at least) such as hacksaw, knife, and wire cutter. These will also vary upon the type of barrel so it might be good to include a rating of the method and the pro's and cons.

    Not a bad idea.

I don't know if this is a project as more as it's a pulling of data.

Guitrum has many different modding tutorial technique videos just as an example.

Are we talking making more technique videos, an index of set techniques, or one video of various techniques done in a more flashy/eye friendly way?

I requested this with the notion of making more videos and making an index of videos and guides.

I'm willing to write handwritten guides but I can't lead (horrible leadership skills lol)
