So there's a lot of Asians around here and ya'll have some crazy food over there so this should be interesting. No offense btw. you do what you do!
The weirdest meat that I know of was probably horse meat, which is not very spectacular I know, but it's not the norm to eat horse. Atleast not around here.
My weirdest meat that I can not identify was some schnitzel that I ordered while we where in Poland shopping for the New Year's Eve party, it had the texture of a very tenacious steak but the color, it was kinda gray-ish. Needless to say, we ate it and we all did regret it. I have no idea what that crazy polish lady fed us or where it has been.

I was in Vietnam and eating at my parents friends place who are like producers in Vietnam and they gave me and my siblings a soup which we thought was goat meat. But what did it end up being? Dog lol. They didn't tell us until after we ate it. -

lol, it's not that we pick the weirdest parts to eat, we just eat every part haha (well, not me ._. i don't like eating fingers/toelike parts (like chicken feet) or organs)
my grandmother likes fish eyes lol.. literally, imagine a fish, and she takes the eyes
if you fry a fish whole, the bony part of the fins are pretty good though (i'm thinking mainly flounders)
for me, weirdest is either frog, snake, or croc
i've yet to try a tortoise/turtle, although i see them in the supermarket all the time -- and i've yet to try a kangaroo which i hear tastes good
or a dog, which i hear keeps you warm in the winter lol -- i gotta try all those one day (too bad my mom doesn't know how to cook a tortoise =\) -

dog, cat, horse, rabbit, snake, tortoise, seastar, seahorse, seedogs, termites, other nugs, scorpions, lam head. livers, nose, tounges, tails, nose, hearts, centipedes, shark fin, donkey, snails, pen15s, other crazy shit. so many crazy food in china man. guinea pigs, hamsters, pigeons, swan, goose, different kind of fish, rats etc. goat penis on a stick, a baby shark on a stick. crazy man. chinas food empireds is huge, exotic, yummy, dangerous and its a huge market.

I once had ostrich and kangaroo at an Australian-themed all-you-can-eat restaurant. The ostrich was alright, tasted like beef. The kangaroo wasn't that great, it had a weird aftertaste.

Apparently it tastes like lamb except has a stronger flavour.
I've also seen dog, but I havn't tried it yet either lolol.
So the weirdest thing (for me personally) that I've eaten is shark meat (only eaten this once although I've had shark fin soup many times) and snails ( tastes like snot
Eating organs are pretty common for me though since we go eat dimsum a lot. Intestines, stomach, tongue, ears, etc etc etc. I know you guys like that. ;D -
