Board Comments / Last posts on top (like the shoutbox)

I wonder if the last posts should be on top like the shoutbox, instead of the oldest replies being shown 1st. For example, someone good with adobe photoshop or something makes a thread where you can request an insert/outsert to be made. only the first repliers will get their inserts/outserts made but the people who comment after them get nothing b/c their request is buried under thousands more and im sure someone wont browse through all those pages and spend forever going to the very back just to make an insert, so the first people come, request, get it made, another person requests and his post is right on top for the photoshopper to see, and so on so everyone can get an insert/ outsert. ITLL BETTER PENSPINNING KIND!

Wouldn't it not work? Because:
Last post goes to top,
people keep requesting.
Their post goes to the top.
Same shit we're dealing with now. Just press "end" on your keyboard. Simple as that.
