Lucid Dreaming Especially

So as many of you guys know, I am an avid lucid dreamer. Up until recently, I usually do DILD, or Lucid Dreaming when you become self aware within a dream due to recognizing dream signs and reality checks. But recently I have learned about WILD, or Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming, where you go directly to a Lucid Dream from a fully awakened state. (ie going straight into a lucid dream right when u go to bed.)

I have successfully done two WILDs over the last two nights, and both times I have undergone sleep paralysis before entering my dream. This is pretty scary for me, and although it pays off by me dreaming, I was curious to know how long your guys' sleep paralysis seems to prolong for? Like, how long (guestimate tongue.gif ) do you think you are in sleep paralysis for?

    Just curious--

Well, i don't really know much about this but i have had experiences. Before i started getting good sleeps i would usually become aware that i am having a dream and do what ever i want in it.

I could fly, eat, fight and do what ever. I get the dreams in third person so it is kinda weird. But yeah i used to be able to do that every night. SO MUCH FUN. But

I also got hallucinations while lying in bed for hours. The hallucinations were usually unpleasant though. I might see people i knew acting creepy. I might see freaking things. It's like demons and stuff. It is really really weird, plus i am awake so it seems very really.

I have had sleep paralysis after waking up in the morning. If i lie in bed doing nothing i try to move again and then i cant. It is very scary for me. I just relax and then i can move.

I also might have done WILD but it only works after i wake up. Not when i'm trying to go to sleep for the first time that day. So if i wake up from a lucid dream i can close my eyes and after a bit i can go back to the dream and know that it is one.( run on sentence fail)

    Yeah that's it i guess.

Sleep paralysis usually occurs when you are stressed. The more stressed you are, the worse the paralysis is going to be, with hallucinations being the worst. If you are tripping, you must be pretty stressed.

i just asked in both so I could get an answer quicker. plus, the other thread is kinda centered around dreaming and this is one is centered around sleep paralysis.
