Advanced Tricks / Two different tricks with the same name ?

    Yesterday I saw "Extended Thumbaround" with two different move by Eso and alfreeman2. Here the videos.

    Did you even watch the whole video? -.-
    Eso states that there are two ways of doing this trick, he even shows them in the video.

    They look similair but the proper name is ext ta and the other similair trick is a fake double or ta bust

    Here is a link to the whole discrepancy of the namings. Try not to get too confused reading this.

    Basically, they are both Extended ThumbAround but one came before the other and both were called by the same name, it seems. This all happened around the time the interrupted notation was being set up so that's why the name exists for both combos. The way I see it, "Extended ThumbAround" is a combo that starts with a ThumbAround which ends up in 12 and having 1.5 revolutions.

    Both of them are not Fake Double or Tornado or ThumbAround Bust huh.gif. In fact, I don't think those names should be used to avoid further confusion smile.gif
