General Discussion / A little something for Bonkura's birthday

Well, I REALLY didn't know where to post this, but I figured General Discussion sounded good.
For quite a while now I have been working on a blog completely based on Bonkura, tho lack of time made it hard to get everything up fast, I am currently at a good half of the content I think, depends on if I find more or stuff like that.
The idea came to me over 6 months ago, making a website based on a "Bonkura Fan Club", but the idea never got further than the "idea" status.
I wanted to release this when it was finished, or a leat 90%, but then I thougt I might as well give up the secret =]
If you have the courage to contribute, don't hesitate and contact me, if you have videos you think most people don't have, then please send them and help get this blog to reach 100% completion.
Special thanks to $weety who helped me with the Video sessions breakdowns ^^

Have fun =] -

Completely based on Bonkura?
Isn't that a little much?
I mean... I can understand mourning... but that... is just...
obsessive.
Well... then again, it's mainly just a compilation of his videos.
Just calling it a blog makes you sounds obsessed.
:EDIT:
Anyways, good work. I think the color scheme is odd though. -

[DN] Palm DowN
[SD] Palm SiDe
[UP] Palm UP
Makes it a better breakdown for anyone who wants to copy it.
Apart from that, anything you don't understand? -

I think it's a little bit obessive too but anyway.
He has not invented the triangle pass as far as I know, the article about triangle pass in Pentix is about 2002. I would like to know if Kam has invented it or not. maybe he has found it on a japanese website. On the same site, credits are given to Pentix website..
anyway
Saying he was one of the most brilliant student in japan is a little bit subjective too.
If you want to respect his memory and to do a proper biography, you must keep some objectivity... -

Only this. I don't know this, because it's not official system, and i prefer to use only official system for breakdown combos. -

Some information I received was false, I wasn't sure about some of it, but put it in just in case.
This is just a plan, I will write a proper biography when I have as much info as I can get.QUOTE (LMnet @ Jan 2 2008, 03:10 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Only this. I don't know this, because it's not official system, and i prefer to use only official system for breakdown combos.
Yeah, I understand, but this makes it easier to understand how is hand is positioned when he is doing a trick. -

That's right, Kam is the person who invented Trianglepass. Also, bonkura invented "Inverse" trianglepass (unofficial name maybe), which is the trick that the pen spins on the back of the fingers, while, in Trianglepass, the pen spins on the inside of the fingers.
Because I think it's an unofficial name, I just wrote 'variation of Trianglepass' in the Biography.QUOTE (Ephem @ Jan 2 2008, 09:03 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Some information I received was false
Anything? -

All the information you gave me is correct so far.
Some other people told me other stuff that I wasn't sure about.
