foreign spinners are definitely welcome if they're able to come here on a regular basis to participate
JC, good insight, the way things are looking right now, it might just wind up being an advanced league for the first time around, just to test it out before I expand
I think it'd be really interesting to see a league of like Yosky, i.suk, awonw, shonen, etc
Like i said though, if it works out really really well i might try running a parallel league for all the rest of the people

If you're receiving this message, it's because you've been chosen to participate in UPSB's Pen Spinning League (PSL).
This first season is kind of the "inauguration" season, or first trial, but I want this to become a continual thing on UPSB, so I'm really going to work hard to make sure this first season runs smoothly.
The purpose of this message is to verify for one final time that you ARE in fact willing to commit to filming AT LEAST 7 videos in the next 3 months or so. Note that this isn't at WC or even UPSB Tourney level, I'm not expecting people to spend hours filming or weeks practicing, just that you send in a fairly decent combo for every round.
If I get replies from everybody on my list then we can start the league ASAP.
**Note: I will be acting as commissioner and thus am not a spinner in the PSL
Please send me a reply with your intention to join or reject as soon as you receive this.
