Presentation / Angle/Setup Tutorials?

I'm known for my terrible angles lol, I'd like to get a really nice one, but I never know exactly how I should tilt the camera, or where to place the light, or where/which way to face when i'm sitting.
If some people wanted to show videos of their angle, and then show a video/pictures of how exactly they get that angle, it'd be really appreciated
I'm moving into my new place soon, and when I get there I want to have like a permanent setup/angle, and I'm not really sure which one i want so I want to test a few.
Thanks guys
EDIT: Things to include: camera tilt, lighting location, hight of camera relative to hand, chair location, angle you face when you're spinning -

It sorta depends on what's a good angle depending on how you do your tricks...sometimes tricks that someone does at one angle looks good, but will look worse if someone else does the same trick at the same angle
Main points are though:
-Make sure you're hand is centered (perhaps focus on centering the wrist actually)
-Make sure your hand is always on screen, so film a bit and do a wide variety of tricks and aerials and see how it looks
-Make sure you're zoomed in enough, but give yourself enough space to not go off screen
I guess first start off by watching a collab or two or something..and take an angle that you like and try to imitate it. -

well my setup is: camera 45 degrees to the left of where i am spinning, about 1 1/4 to1 1/2 inches away from where my hand is while spinning. i keep the camera lens about 20-21 inches off the table
i use a tripod + digital camera btw. dunno if you can raise a gorillapod to be that high. ive never owned one :/ -

CS, put a lamp at a low angle so the light hits the floor where your shadow is now

I think that a good angle should suit your spinning. Like, some people look good with angles like HAL's http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WotckWxQs8A and others look good with angles like kin's http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gu7hPdZEHDw Other people look good when they're holding the camera too.
Like, for myself, I have my camera on the left side of my spinning area, angled down towards the table at about 30 degrees from the horizontal and the angle of the camera itself is about 20 degrees, as in this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zt3L_2if7hA I've tried other angles, like over the shoulder and directly in front, but I find that my spinning looks the best from my current angle.
So like, just experiment with different angles, and if you're undecided, put up a video on youtube and ask for people's opinions on which one they like best. It took me a while to find a good angle lol.
Hope that helped at least a bit =\ -

You don't have baaron's cool lighting.
@Kaku
Nice monitor. -

okay guys, I've pretty much been able to copy Baaron's angle.
If you look at Kaku's angle, baaron's is pretty close, but just rotated.
so, rotate the camera.
and to get good lighting, high lights are great.
I'm lucky, since my cam fits perfectly into a microphone stand, allowing me to have virtually any angle I want.
and Kaku take off the white mat once in awhile, brown desk is ftw. -
