Off-topic / Bad situation.
What to do?

okay, so here's what's happened.
I win an auction for 2 objects.
I feel like $6 is a steal for one, so I offer to pay more. I send, and then it ends up that the person in question doesn't have the thing that I paid for.
So we try to work something out, but he either has nothing else I want/is unwilling to sell it.
So I say okay, hell with it, just send back some of the money; I was even giving him some for your trouble, and then he refuses to send back the money, but he will send the One of the things that I won in the auction, which basically means He stole $8 from me.
What should I do. -

just mark him with a negative and then flame him over aim/msn/pm all the time
you shouldn't have sent more for the pen anyways
an auction is a risk, you either go big or go broke (or somewhere in between) -

You're right. It does mean nothing to me. If I wanted eight dollars, I'd go beg and get it in five minutes. I'm not going to go out of my way for days arguing with some kid over the internet just to get it. -

so either nation rightfully bought it and the other guy jipped him, or vis versa
