conversion is:
shadow ~ spiderspin
in other words, you start out doing a shadow, and while it's spinning, you turn your hand palm up and curl it into a fist for the spiderspin component. -

I see many direction changes, so probably that's what it means. It also pretty much fits to the word 'convertion'
