i think that you can put mods in 4 categories
1.comssa types (types that are the same on both sides)
2.RSVP MX types (tyes that are diferent on the sides)
    3.zeebra types (retractable types)
4.other types(mods that dont fit in these categories like pensil mods)

-this is my opinion . what do you think???

Isn't type one more like a double sided mod?
Type two is a single sided mods?
    Type three are retractable mods?

We can't exactly say "comssa types" as there are many double sided mods which don't use comssas. The term "RSVP MX" would be misleading since many single sided mods out there are also based on G3 bodies rather than the RSVP. Not all retractable mechs are from "zebra types", there are mechs which use bic pens, pilot pens, fabercastell, etc. so that would be misleading too...

I think the current system of Double Sided/Single Sided and Non-writeable/Writeable(Non-Retractable/Retractable), is fine for categorizing mods smile.gif

bad classification of pen mods. Even though they are of the same body, the feel of the pen (weight, length, etc) can be very different example is the buster and the comssa. Also, pen mods encompass many different pens not only one type. Take the clear body dr. kt it has a retractable comssa. It uses comssa and rsvp type stuff.
