Off-topic / Jailbreak 3.1.3 firmware?

I want to jailbreak my iPod touch 3g with 3.1.3 firmware, but I can't find anything that will work. Is there a 3.1.3 firmware out yet? Or, is there anyway to jailbreak my iPod? I tried downgrading but that didn't work.

and not the best idea to go for the latest firmware cuz ppl experienced certain problems when they did 3.1.2 a while ago. But now a new 3.1.2 is out os it's all good

Can I jailbreak an ipod touch 3g if its the 8gb one? I heard it's pretty much the same as the 2nd gen 8gb, but idk

it depends on the boot version, some can ahve full jailbreaks others need tethered, mine needs tethered, if you look at the code on the back and google about it you can probably figure it out, but 8gb should work either tethered or full jailbreka sue blackra1n.

Kinda old, but theres a new program called spirit that jailbreaks any iphone on any firmware including 3.1.3.
However, it doesn't unlock it if thats what you wanted :/ -

Well, I have a ipod 2g 3.1.3 and its jailbroken. Look up spirit jaibreak.
