Who knows? we'll have to find out in the next tournament (even though technically there can be a great spinner who doesnt participate. I don't really have an opinion myself i just like certain spinners more then others ^^.

lol this question is so subjective it's basically "what is your favourite spinner" cuz each ppl know a different group of spinners.
example: if someone say KTH is the best (cuz he's world champion) they're wrong because Nory is better than him. Nory is #1 on PDS for like almost a year now and he could beat KTH easily had he participated the WT.

your question is too broad.
there are too many aspects that define pen spinning, such as style, difficulty, aesthetics, etc.
also, those factors are relative.
but i guess if by best you mean who gives you the biggest "wow, that was amazing" feeling, i would have to go with key3.
by difficulty, i would have to go with fratleym.
by style, i would go with sunrise.
others i can't really decide, but angmaramyon, eriror, hunlanlin, and ayatori are definitely in my top too. -

Technical best is probably Eriror.
But I also like other spinners spinning, like S777, Knuckles, Fratleym, Vicgotgame, TNC.
Wth, it's almost all FPSB people.

Levi is win, I guess if old timers such as Weis ( bad thumb) or NHK_9 (Semi-active) posted videos, they might have been on these lists too. Others haven't got cameras either.

It have never been ''The best penspinner'' because it's so different from style to style and we all are better on different stuff.
Well imo are these penspinners my favourites:
1.) Bonkura.
2.) Fratlyem.
3.) Many more... KTH, Ryo and so on.
