Just like how there is a topic to gain weight in a healthy manner, I would like to know a way to grow taller. I know it deals mostly genetics, but I play alot of basketball, and I want to become taller. Is there any way I can speed up my growth to become taller? Thank you in advance.

Growth hormone.
They have procedures where they physically go in and do surgery to artificially elongate your limbs, painful and recovery takes a long time, but if you're determined you can do it.
Get some lifts for your shoes.
Get some big hair.
Eat healthy.
Don't run long distances or work out to much. Esp if you're just going through or haven't gone through puberty.
If it's just for basketball you could also work on improving your jumping form and height, although I can see how this could be counterproductive to overall growth. -

sleep lots. you release growth hormones when you sleep =]
although i can't say it's a guaranteed method 'cos it depends on genetics XD -

You shouldn't not drink water at all, that's pretty unhealthy.
Drink milk, eat enough of food that's good for you (a lot of protein; meat, fish, nuts, etc.).
Do push ups to straighten out your spine, straight spine = good posture = a gain in an inch or so. -

As long as you have good nutrition, there isn't really a way to grow taller (if you have poor nutrition, having good nutrition will make you grow taller). I used to play basketball for a long time though and at a pretty good level. I'm 6' 1", which isn't very tall, but got along very well because I did plyometric training to increase my jump height (significantly). Combining proper plyometric training (read all you can on it) with flexability training (just as important!) and increasing protein intake will lead to a huge increase in your jump. You can easily add 6" to your jump before the years end, maybe as much as 12"-16" in time.

I don't think sleep makes you tall =/
I have problems sleeping and go to bed late, and I'm 182cm at 14 years old...
However I drink lots of milk so I think thats the solution -
