Ok, to start off I'd like to say that this isn't meant to be some mystical, omnipotent mod of infinate awesomeness that will be loved by all (although that would be nice ), it's just something I cooked up when I was starved for parts and looking for something to do. If you really think it's that bad then why waste your time flaming it?
Also, it's really, really long, and i'm okay with that.(of course, it doesn't have to be long...) in the words of imatt,
•The one thing to know is that there is no pen which is better than another purely based on statistics and opinion.
•Each person eventually will find a pen which will suit them individually.
YOUR CHOICES FOR THIS MOD:
the Dr.7 mod is flexible, in terms of its construction. there are multiple ways you can make it, each suited for a different style of spinning.
-->if you want a full-length mod that is fairly light, go to version 1.
--> if you want a mod that is shorter than the original mod, and whose length is variable, (your choice) go to version 2.
--> if you want a full- length mod OR a shorter mod that can write, for school purposes, etc., go to version 3.
(VERSION 3 IS A PROTOTYPE, COMING SOON!)
--> if you want a full-length mod that is heavier at the ends with more momentum, go to version 4.
(VERSION 4 IS A PROTOTYPE, COMING SOON!)

First of all:
"•Each person eventually will find a pen which will suit them individually. I like this pen and if you don't, too bad."
If you really want to get this approved you should make a mod that suits a wide range of people. That way you can get more support for it and therefore more chance of getting approval.
Looks decent but just a few suggestions:
It's really long. Offer a way to shorten the mod. Either cutting the barrels or something else. Not everyone "likes" uber long mods like you.
Great pictures are always a good way to make your mod look better. So maybe invest in a camera?
Cost I think is great. Except that you didn't include the dr grip and profile cost which I suggest you do. -

Those pencils are extremely prone to breaking, and then you put Dr grip tips on them?
This reminds me of the Dr. Pencil mod. -

Oh dear. I didn't realize they were those cheap pencils from office depot cuz there weren't any close up pics of them.

they aren't dr. grip tips... that would severely compromise durability, and i doubt you can put dr. grip tips on the thing anyway. they're dr. grip GRIPS, which have no effect on durability.
and yes, they are the cheap pencils from office depot, if you're talking about the papermate ones. however, you can get 30 of them for 10 US dollars, so even if they did break (which they haven't yet, and i have been spinning this mod frequently) you can interchange the barrels in the span of about ten seconds, so the mod is also semi-disposable. -
