pretty much EVERYTHING has been done with the existing pens in the modding world.
Unless you're using new/different pens, all you are making is a variation.
And a variation is by NO means a new mod, anyone can make a variation.

how can that amount of grips be "optional"
you have grips ONTOP of the hgg, and behind the hgg on the body....
so theyre not only adding weight theyre also adding length... they have to be there, or else the mod would be entirely different
(aka. a lot more backheavy and exposed tips/body at the front....)
and an HGG is argueably the second most used pen in modding behind the rsvp.
and with the amount of g3 mods coming from jeb, the hyperjell is undoubtably in the top 5.
So, no, you're not using "different" pens at all. -

as you could see, the grip to lengthen the HGGMX is optional (any of your choice) as in anything as long as it fits on
If you don't have the parts available, you can do two things:
1) Trade for them
2) Make a variation.
You chose option number 2. Just because you made a variation of something doesn't entitle you to claim all rights to it. People here make variations every day. Most of us just keep it to ourselves.
Also, just a tip, nobody really edits the UPSB wiki. The forum is far more up to date.
The grips...

Sorry to be a noob, but I never really knew what metallic gels were for. Just curious..i assume it's the body?
