I erased the front side of the grid so it would look kinda cool with all the random lines. lls
you can use diagonals to help find akward details, ie so you won't misplace the eye and ears by a thumb or something.
It's actually a cool technique that I don't think anyone really uses (when gridding). I might make a vid if there isn't one, but basically, it's just a grid variant.
and yes I do use a skeleton for ppl drawings.

edit- woah one of the lines isn't even attached to the grid. That's probably why Neix was really confused. And plus, it's not even done.
thank you, this made me understand much more, i was confused before cause his lines made no sense cause i cudnt see the grip, but i can clearly see what your doing on yours
