well first
take time making your combo. you seemed rushed in this one. be sure that the transitions are smooth as well. making them smooth requires practice btw
second
angle. try out a angle which you see your palm up a little more. preferably somewhere in front of your left shoulder would be pretty nice
last (not too sure if this one is accurate)
don't repeat a move too often especially in the same spot over and over again

you just need to think about it
for ex.
twisted sonic from 23-12 just doesn't link well with sonic 23-12 does it?
basically you need to know how the pen spins and keep going from the spin on.
another ex.
sonic 34-23 -> twisted sonic 23-12 -> pass 12-23 -> pass 23-34 -> pass 34-23 (twist your hand after pass 34-23) -> twisted sonic bust 23-12
you should try something which links smoothly like above.
but the main part about linking is that you practice practice practice A LOT -
