    Ok so UPSB v4 is coming and we are all probably going to shift over.

    here's some facts

    We will still be O13 even on UPSB v4
    All current members will be a part of O13 if they want to be
    We will still use our current sigs
    // reserve for other facts x3

    ok so yeah.. wow this is really unorganized...
