    Hello,
I found a white ink pen yesterday labeled as a "jelly roll" pen made by Sakura. If anyone has any good information on this pen (what mods I can make, trade value, etc.) That would be great!
    Thanks!

Uhh, its just the american version of the Sakura Ballsign

its not worth very much, maybe at max a couple dollars. If you have two, you can make a ballsign mod.

    Here.. The wiki article

Yeah, like hillsongunited said, it's the American version of the Ballsign. It's identical to the Ballsign.

    Spoiler:
Back then, a long time ago, ballpoint pens had just been invented. Many companies got a head start on making their own. Sakura was slow to catch on; and as a result, any ballpoint pens they created were inferior to the other companies'. Sakura decided to try a new approach. After a few months of research and trial-and-error, they came up with what they called the "Gel Pen". It was first released in Japan under the name "Ballsign". The pen became an instant hit there. Inspired by the success, Sakura decided to bring it the U.S. Unfortunately, the pen was not at all well-received. Many consumers just thought it was an "expensive ballpoint pen" and didn't buy them.(back then, it was 99 cents). As a result, Sakura of Japan decided to try a different name, the "Gellyroll". Surprisingly, it worked, and consumers scrambled to get their hands on this "new gel pen". There was a period of time where Gellyrolls were very popular, but it died down not long ago. And so now, us pen spinner's mod them. tongue.gif

You can make a Ballsign mod with it: http://www.upsb.info/forum/index.php?showtopic=1077" target="_blank"> http://www.upsb.info/forum/index.php?showtopic=1077
