   I guess practicing FL TA, and FL fake double first. Once you get the feel for a FL fake double try doing it continuously until it feels like you're just doing regular cont. fake doubles. Also in the video, Taeyrong keeps his index finger up, so that probably helps too.

   Since it's all fingerless, you have change from the Extended Thumbaround version to the 2 arounds version:
   Fingerless Thumbaround Normal T1-T1 > Fingerless Indexaround Normal T1-T1.
   
   For this combo, I try to keep the pen as horizontal as possible, it seems much easier this way.
   
   After the FL TA, the index finger should push the pen from the bottom with most of the pen above the index finger (between the thumb and index). During the FL IA, I have the index follow the pen, keeping it at the bottom. As the FL IA finishes, I stretch the thumb across the pen so that I push the top of the pen for the FL TA while the index is still at the bottom. When first learning this, I had to pause between Fake Doubles to get myself ready for the next set, and this position allowed me to balance the pen on top of the thumb and index finger before performing another FL TA.
