ok so a few days ago i was fooling around wit my bics and i made a new mod and this is my 1st mod heh. ya... ill cut to the chase and teach u how to make it (if u wanna make it that is)
Stats:
-Length - 20.3 cm
-Heavier then rsvp mx and bictory (not sure wut the weight is)
-Able to use to write
Materials:
-1-2 pental rsvp
-1 bic round stick
-1 UniBall signo
-Pilot Hi-Tec-C

Procedure:
1. take the rsvp grip and put it at the back of the bic. push it a bit lower then fited so there is a little bit of the bic sticking out.

2. put the Pilot Lhkrf metal tip on back of the bic where the little part is showing.

3. then just put the rsvp cap on it.

4. after your done with the back of the bic take another rsvp grip and put it on the bic cap.
5. then take the signo tip off and put it on the grip too
6. just put the bic cap back on the front and you ahve urself a bic TTMC

7. break off the clip of the rsvp cap and bic cap if it dosnt feel comfortable while spinning (optional)
o btw i didnt use a rsvp grip cuz i thougth this one looked kooler

I think they were joking about the bic msxa. an msxa mod is similar and uses an rsvp body with hgg grip and tips, and a comssa cap

Yes, the brand names are different, and I used more parts that's 'cause I didn't really bought those parts yet so I took some random parts and place it together but the ideas are pretty much the same, right? -

Hmm...now that you mention it, it does look like yours.
- There's a clear cap on the back with an opaque cap on the front.
- There's a metal tip on the front cap along with a grip.
- The mod can write from the front of the pen, as a pen normally would.
- The grip in the back covers the back of the pen.
- The pen barrel is opaque.
Hmmm....of course, both of those actually look and act a lot like the Hybrid Comssa MX that came before either one of them, which you admit in your own thread. I say that both of your pen mods be completely wiped from pen spinning history and both of you should be stoned and kicked out of the community for both of your obvious attempts at trying to copy the ideas of Trogz' pen mod which has...- A clear cap on the back
- An opaque cap on the front with a metal tip
- A grip on the front cap
- A grip inside the clear cap on the back
- An opaque barrel
- The ability to write from the front, as a pen normally would
Sure, his doesn't have the grip in the back covering the barrel, but his mod does use tape instead, which your grip idea obviously came from. A very shallow attempt to cover up your own rip-off job. He also used different brands and a few different materials than you two, but that really shouldn't matter either.
...of course, Trogz probably got the idea of a single-sided pen mod from Shimotakimas' Comssa Momentum:- Sign Pen body (!)
- RSVP cap on the back (!!)
- Metal tip on the front. (!!!)
He really only replaced the G2 barrel with a Sign Pen cap and grip...and added a grip inside the RSVP cap...and replaced the paper insert with tape. Just to be safe, Trogz should probably be stoned and kicked out too. I should probably stop using my HCMX less I should be seen as supporting such blatant ripping off of Shimo's hard work. I guess I should probably go back to using Tohlz' MonAmi JP Mod V1 (Final).
...wait, Tohlz openly admits that his pen mod was to be a replacement for the RSVP MX in other countries, so technically he should be also be stoned and kicked out for his shameless ripping-off of Kam's, Nate's, Takeshi's and Sikkita's hard work of putting:- HGG grip on the front
- Clear cap on the back with a grip inside
- Clear pen barrel to allow for customizable inserts & COP marking
...we really should take a good, hard look into just how many mods look (or feel or spin) similar enough to other mods to be considered too close, and figure what should be done about all of them. Someone should start a thread to get on that right away, because I don't have the energy to organize such a task myself ATM.
We should probably start with most obvious one: SubParSpinner's use a double-capped Roseart Super Tip marker with grips over the caps. It's almost exactly like the Comssa mod except that it uses different brands. If you use yellow caps with a black body, it would totally look like a Comssa mod when being spun. How we let that mod go for so long without saying something, I cannot say, but we can do something about it now. BTW, I don't know who decided to use a double-capped Monami Audena marker instead of a Dong-A Sign Pen marker, but that person should be punished just the same.
Seriously though...if anything this could be considered a replacement for your mod, Imagm-1337, as it uses different materials and even uses less than the original. -
