This is a pen I used to spin, but the caps break all the time. Here's a video where I spin it. I broke it again some month ago and haven't made it again since then, cause I'm basically out of black KeiCho caps. Since you screw the Signo tips into the caps, the inside breaks after too much dropping. I really love this pen so if anyone has ideas of how to stabilize the caps, what tips you can use intead of Signo tips or ways to make this work I would be grateful :/ Preferably ways to make it work even though you use Signos, since other tips completely change the feeling of the pen.
How to make it:
- Ballsign Body
- KeiCho caps
- Screw on Signo tips
- Add some Dr Grip grip
My pen uses a white insert in the body and white tape in the middle of the caps. -

the reason its unstable is because ballsign body only goes into the "inner" part of the Keityo cap, if you want stablization your gonna have to end up adding a bit of weight to do so to distribute the blow throughout the cap. At the open sections of keityo cap, add some teflon tape and line the inner cap with it. So when you drop it, it will be more cushioned causing less vibration towards the inner cap and therefore, more stable. I think thats the best advice your gonna get...either way you'll have to add a bit of weight
