I know a Shadow with regular hand position works. I can do it sloppy myself. But how 'bout a Palm Down Inv Shadow? You'd need looaads of momentum to make it turn out okay. When I do it, I either just drop it or catch it halfway through, I can't complete the trick. Has anyone more tried this, has anyone succeeded?

I don't know, but I think it would be a pretty funky looking thing if you're doing tricks palm down, to suddenly let the pen spin below the hand.

I can't do the trick with my palm down, the pen just flies away from my hand.

I attempted times and didn't even succeed in catching the pen.

Seems impossible to me. Someone needs to make a pen that defies gravity D=.

Really crazy. I don't honestly think it's possible, since even on release the pen is released downwards, so after about half a second it's already too far for you to catch.

It's probably only possible if you get it really fast, really horizontal, and you move your hand down with it.

I doubt double joints would matter, seeing how you're pretty much supposed to hold your fingers right out while doing this. Pressing down the hand to keep the pen in contact with your palm is probably the way. But it's hard..

well, after releasing it, you're probably have to sorta scoop under it for the catch cause it would fall rather quickly

this defying gravity thing reminded me of this trick
    http://www.upsb.info/wiki/index.php/Anti-g...ty#Anti-gravity
and although i may not be able to figure out how to apply the concepts from the anti-gravity trick to this situation...since i can't do antigravity either...you all may be able to come up with something wink.gif
so just wanted to bring up this possible clue to doing a palm down inverse shadow
    good luck biggrin.gif
